Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business.

• Free cancellation is available if permitted by the rate plan selected at the time of booking.

• Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

• Reservations cancelled after the free cancellation period has expired are subject to the cancellation terms of the selected booking platform and rate plan.

• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original booking channel and payment method.

• Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

• Force majeure events, including but not limited to weather, airline disruptions, government restrictions, or personal travel issues, do not automatically qualify for refunds outside the selected cancellation policy.
